Terms of Service

Unifyad is a SaaS platform that allows advertising agencies and brands to manage, analyze, and optimize data from multiple advertising, analytics, and e-commerce platforms from a single dashboard.

You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized access.

When using the Platform, you agree to:

• Only access data from accounts you are authorized to access.
• Refrain from actions that could compromise Platform security.
• Respect API rate limits of connected third-party services.
• Not attempt unauthorized access to other users' data.

Connections to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) are established via OAuth 2.0. You can revoke any connection at any time. Upon revocation, data from the corresponding platform is no longer fetched, and cached data is purged as described in our Privacy Policy.

Advertising data accessible through the Platform belongs to you. Unifyad processes this data solely to provide the services you request. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.

Unifyad is not liable for issues arising from third-party platform API changes, data delays, or outages. Data presented on the Platform is informational and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.

Platform usage is billed according to the selected plan. Prices may change without prior notice but do not affect the current billing period. Refund policy depends on the plan terms.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with prior notice where practicable.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email.
